2013 Siouxland Garden Show
Iowa State University Extension in Woodbury County and University of Nebraska-Lincoln Extension in Dakota County are proud to announce that the 2013 Siouxland Garden Show will be held at the Sioux City Convention Center, 801 4th Street, Sioux City, Iowa, Friday, March 22nd, Saturday, March 23rd, and Sunday March 24th. Friday, March 22nd Noon - 8:00 P.M.
Saturday, March 23rd 9:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M.
Sunday March 24th 11:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
Cost:
$5.00 per day
$9.00 2 day pass

Children 12 and under admitted free.

About the Convention Center and directions
Speaker Infomation:
Fifteen educational seminars will be presented by regional experts. Local experts share their tricks and tips during 'How-To' sessions. New in 2013, Make-n-Take projects all three days.
The event will also offer educational displays throughout the three-day event. Visitors to the Siouxland Garden Show will have access to all sessions, demonstrations and exhibits for one low admission price.

Other Information
“The show is designed for anyone who has any interest in flowers, lawns, landscapes or gardens," said Adrienne Jansen, Iowa State University Extension Program Coordinator in Woodbury County. "Everyone will enjoy the quality speakers who will present and the commercial vendors who will demonstrate new ideas.”
Informative presentations will be running on both Friday and Saturday. Speakers from across the tri-state area will bring their extensive knowledge to the March 2013 show.
The event will offer demonstrations and educational displays on straw bale gardening, building an outdoor room, vegetable gardening, transplanting, pruning and more.
Commercial exhibitors will showcase new and innovative products plus traditional items and services that make gardening and lawn care easier and more enjoyable.
“The Siouxland Garden Show will give area garden enthusiasts a jumpstart on their spring and summer landscape and outdoor planning,” said Carol Larvick, Extension educator at UNL Extension. “This event will have something for novice flower and garden enthusiasts and those who have been gardening for many years.”
